PING-KUEI HSU
20 years ago Hsu,Ping-Kuei disappointed his mother when he started to study to be a chef. In these 20 years he has won 4 Gold medals, 3 silver as well as numerous awards,for his skill. Many media have interviewed him. Now his mother is happy.
As are the thousands of people who have eaten his food.
Chef shu ping gway aims to change people’s ideas of Chinese cuisine, to incorporate western presentation and flavors as well as Thai and Japanese into traditional cuisine to make something that reflects the world we all live in.
